The new flat in Mumbai’s Worli costs them Rs. 15 lakh per month and they will be soon shifting in their new house. However, it is only a temporary arrangement and the duo will stay there for about 24 months.
When Kohli tweeted a picture of him standing atop a skyscraper with a skyline of Worli and the Arabian Sea behind him, everyone thought he had moved into his new house in Omkar. 1973, Worli, which he had bought in 2016 for Rs 34 crore. However, sources say the picture is from another Worli building in which Virat has rented a property for Rs 15 lakh per month.
Meanwhile, reports have it that Virat had purchased a plush flat in the same Worli area way back in 2016. Virushka’s home at Omkar 1973 projects is on the 35th floor. The cricketer had purchased the luxurious apartment of about 7171 sq ft with an awesome sea-view apartment which costs a whopping Rs. 34 crore. Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh will also stay in the same apartment on the 29th floor.
