Delhi’s current situation is largely due the erratic transportation setups. The government has no emissions or limit of vehicles per family or other major factors that truely affect environment. The green bodies go blind when larger picture is in scene. To mark a win and showcase the fact that they are functional, facades such has no crackers in Diwali and other trivial issues are put up. More than 80% of the area’s pollution is contribution of improper waste management and incineration of harmful solid wastes both organic and synthetic. The enviro-bodies in Delhi should start accepting and addressing the true causes of calamities.
